James Backhoe Service operates as a family owned business with over 20 years of experience in the wastewater industry. We currently have an installation crew as well as a full time serviceman to give you service when you need it. Chris James runs the installation part of the company. He is more than happy to give you a free estimate on a new system and to answer any questions you might have. James Backhoe Service works extremely hard after the sale to keep all our customers happy and our systems working as well as possible to keep our environment clean. Our office is located on the west edge of Dieterich right along Rt. 33. Stop by and see us anytime. We'll show you how we build the tanks and how the
septic system works. We have 6 full time employees including 2 full time secretaries in the office to answer your calls and assist you with any questions or concerns you might have. We have a computer database of every system we install. Our accurate records will help assist you in anyway that we can. We also have a full time serviceman available. We are here when you need us!!
