James Backhoe Service is pleased to offer a one-year service agreement to you to help keep your system in good working condition. The purpose of tis service agreement is to insure the homeowner receives the necessary routine maintenance of their septic system by one of our factory-trained technicians. A routine service inspection will include air pump inspection, filter exchange, diffuser and alarm inspection( if accessible at time of inspection), as well as labor and transportation costs. If your system discharges, which most do in this area of Illinois because of poor soil with high clay content, then it is imperative that you keep your system functioning properly to protect the environment. This agreement authorizes James Backhoe Service, Inc. to make the needed repairs up to $100.00 without further authorization of owner and further provides that the owner will pay James Backhoe Service for those repairs upon completion.
